What is this, exactly?

This is for my friend Mentalcattwinky. This is Luke and 'K'. Luke is just asking what the heck her suit or clothing or whatever the heck it is that covers her body, is made out of. I believe its an Ooze like substance that she can control. It is actually a useful weapon, plus clothing.

Also, sorry but I cant or dont color well. Colored pencils, crayon, and markers hate me. so do a lot of inanimate objects but these hate me most.
